I started software development like many at a very young age.  I started with fortran and cobol which were my in use by my dad's employer. I sold my first shareware when I was in my early teens and have been at it ever since.  Leading teams for various organizations including my own, I have led the development many software products through the entire lifecycle including roadmapping, planning, and up to sale.  We recently finalized the sale of a learning management product to one of the U.S.'s largest online education organizations.

I love SCRUM and Agile because when applied to process appropriately, they enable us to regain the excitement and joy of creating a great product!
