Overview: Program Manager for the ACT V (Claims Adjudication) core system assessment and replacement as well as the Data Integration Hub that functioned as the data repository for all interface data needs. In addition two feeder systems were converted that provided the data for two daily synchronizations. The core claims adjudication system selected was QNXT version 4.6.

Program Manager Responsibilities included:

·         Oversight of the overall project with regard to schedule and budget ensuring all team had the correct coordinated goals and timeframes for deliveries.

·         Responsible for Communications to the Executive Steering Committee and the core system vendor.

·         Managed numerous Project Teams consisting of MMM Employees and Contractors.

·         Orchestrated the inclusion of the Data Integration Hub into the core project and aligning it with the delivery schedule.
