Cher Ming Yang has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry in the USA, Singapore, China, and India.  In his career, he has focused on IT program and project management, customer relationship management, business consulting, service management, technology and infrastructure management, strategic management, corporate transformation, change management, and offshore centre management.  He is also a certified Project Management Professional and a Senior Certified IT Project Manager of the Singapore Computer Society.

Before he joined Savi, Cher Ming was Senior Project Manager for Tradeship, Inc. in Gurgaon, India.  Tradeship was a software solution provider that specialized in the shipping industry.  In his role there, Cher Ming established a program management structure for a project that involved seven companies across three locations, and established essential project management process and guidelines.

Additionally, Cher Ming has held multiple other IT and project management positions in Singapore, China, and the United States.  The companies include FWL Technologies, NCS, Arthur Andersen, Visa, and American Management Systems.

Cher Ming holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, Masters of Science in Computer Science from Penn State University in University Park, PA, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration from Kansas University in Lawrence, KS.
