Le Pan is program manager in Irdeto (www.irdeto.com), a Netherland company, where he managed cross functional programs and successfully delivered some products and solutions in the past couple of years. During that period, he, as CSM, introduced scrum into the company with other peers, and also supported other colleagues to take the proper scrum roles. Now, in the Beijing R&D center, more and more projects are running in scrum. Also in Irdeto, Le used to be engineering project manager in R&D center, where he managed and drove engineering projects.

Before Irdeto, Le was working in Gemalto (www.gemalto.com), the leading smartcard company, for several years. He used to be developer and team lead. His responsibility included team management, project management, and development. Le led a lot of projects in Gemalto, and built solid experience and knowledge on project management. Le is certified PMP and holds a master degree on E.E.
