Started as a Softwareengineer and Teamleader I got in touch with Scrum at WEB.DE, one of Germany's most popular Freemailer.

In 2004 I had a pathbreaking meeting with my boss. He told me that we will introduce Scrum and that my team and I will be the first one to adopt this new challenging process. Fortunately, after some Sprints, Boris Gloger met the company and I was introduced and trained again to Scrum. With Boris as my boss I worked nearly a year as Scrum Master at WEB.DE and the follow-up company ComBots.

Now, some 6 years later and after getting experience in many different roles and positions, I work as selfemployed Interims ScrumMaster and Scrum Consultant.
