Adonis El Fakih is the CEO of Ayna Corporation. He is the founder and developer of the first Arabic search engine ayna.com, making it one of the most sought after search services in the region.

Adonis introduced Agile practices and Scrum into his organization as early as 2006, and has transformed the organization to include seven Scrum teams distributed on three continents, developing services that are value-driven with regular public releases.

Adonis is founding member of Scrum Arabia, a group that attracts Scrum and Agile practitioners from the region to get together and share knowledge and experience. Adonis is also an Agile Coach and Trainer for teams in Ayna and Agile companies in the region, such as ArabiaGIS, Al Summaria, Netways, Quick Refresh and ACT.

Scrum Classes sessions given by Adonis are packed with real-life experiences, and information that every scrum master and practitioner can benefit from as they engage in Agile transformation within their organization.  Adonis is a Certified Scrum Practiotioner (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) who has worked with individual and multiple team configurations.
