Carl began experimenting with lightweight iterative and incremental methods in the early 2000s and later became interested in Agile and Scrum. In 2009, he became more involved with Scrum as part of an Agile/Scrum adoption at SeaChange International and piloted one of the first Scrum teams at the Fort Washington, PA facility. Since that time he has worked in all three Scrum roles at different companies.
