I am an allround ICT projectconsultant with a background mainly in financial and insurance industries. Started in the early 80's with programming and continued with the design and testing of large systems, I developed many technical skills. Besides working as a business analyst, I act the last couple of years as a result oriented projectmanager and testmanager on different projects organising and coordinating testprocesses with many end-users. Although experienced in organising projects, systemdevelopment and testprocesses, I am always in search of more productive and open minded ways to create and deliver results for the business. My personal goal is to work together on projects with colleagues in a self organizing, result driven manner. From this point of view, applying the Agile and Scrum way of creating new software products is a very welcome approach.
