I have over 26 years of commercial experience with the last 16 years focussing on Project / Programme Management and Business Consultancy across a number of Public and Private Business Sectors with particular emphasis on the Financial and Health Sectors. 

In that time I have developed core skills in Project / Programme Management Methodologies, Business Change / Transformation and IT / Management Consultancy including:

• Experience of large scale change programs covering business process re-engineering and data migration in a financial environment
• Solid banking / finance experience including regulatory, corporate, wholesale and stock broking projects
• Extensive team and 3rd party supplier management including departmental budget setting and management, staff selection, line management, mentoring, annual review and vendor selection
• Well rounded facilitation skills

I am a self-starter who is equally comfortable working as part of a team or on my own.

As well as being an Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM) I have extensively utilised a number of Project Methodologies including Prince 2, DSDM, Prism, SSADM and Pathway (which I helped to design) across the full project lifecycle from Analysis/Design to Development to Testing / Implementation and Support / Business as Usual.
