Paul Jackson started his IT career as a Business Analyst whilst serving in the Royal Navy, mainly working on new HR & payroll systems.  Between operational assignments he moved into Project Management and then Programme Management.  Initially trained in SSADM and PRINCE2, he finally "saw the light" after leaving the Navy when he was introduced to agile methods and Scrum in particular.

Paul has recently joined On The Beach as one of 2 Scrum Masters; development has just moved in-house and he's enjoying the challenge of building Ruby on Rails Scrum teams in a friendly and very successful online travel agency.  The best day of the week is Friday, not because it's the end of the week, but because that's when the Scrum teams buy-in pizza!
