My name is Alissa Zience.  I have been working at the consulting company, Accenture, for the past two and a half years.  I have been consulting at Verizon Business on a government contract in a variety of areas.  Most recently, I have been conducting order production support.  As such, I ensure that orders can be processed end-to-end through the systems while also identifying defects to constantly improve these systems.
