My name is Gene Gendel.  I have about 13 years of work experience.  My first job was as a junior BA for the large financial company - Prudential.  Over the years, I advanced my career to Sr. BA level and transitioned myself into more of a hybrid role as BA-PM.  For the past 5-6 years I had been taking on roles that required a diverse set of skills: analytical as well as leadership.

Most of my career was spent while working for large corporations in the atmosphere of well adopted conventional corporate mentality.  Until the last few years, I was mainly engaged on projects that operated in waterfall framework.  The last few years of my career brought some very exciting experience: I worked as ScrumMaster and Agile Release Manager on multiple engagements with scrum teams that exercised agile methodology of various levels of maturity.  I gained a great deal of knowledge and expertise as well as was able to share some of it with those who just began their agile journey.
   
At this point in my life, from the stand point of my personal career development, I want to fully leverage my past and present work experience and further advance as Development Process Expert/Advisor, with an emphasis on Agile/Scrum.  I think I can bring a lot of value to those companies that are ready to introduce innovative agile methods into their established conventional waterfall frameworks: I want to specialize in helping companies to “weld” waterfall and agile together to create a titanium-solid alloy.
