Mike MacMillan is currently Agile Coach and Manager of Software Engineering at a major Cloud hosting company. For the past several years, he has served as ScrumMaster and mentor to various engineering and business teams throughout the organization. He has also created and facilitates an internal Agile Community of Practice within his organization to engage and assist teams who are progressing in their Agile adoption practices. 

Mike's focus is on coaching teams through the cultural adoption, and changes in practices, associated with transitioning to Scrum and othecontinuous improvement practices. Mike took his ScrumMaster certification with Jim Schiel, and his Scrum Product Owner Certification with Giora Morein of BigVisible Solutions. Mike has also worked with Ron Jeffries and Chet Hendrickson to deliver the CSD course to his organization, and has participated in Coaching Circles facilitated by Lyssa Adkins.

Prior to being an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, Mike served as a Software Engineer for Hosting.com, and HostMySite.com. Mike has his B.S. in Computer Sciences from University of Delaware.
