As a development consultant I work with Independent Software Vendors (ISV) where I focus on Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). My focus is assisting ISVs in establishing a vision for ALM, assessing where they currently stand, and then working with them to develop a roadmap to attain their vision.
In addition, I deliver workshops and consult for the various development team roles of development, test, and project management using Microsoft's Visual Studio Team System and Team Foundation Server.
