Stacy has over 15 years of experience in software development and quality and over 10 years of experience in technical management working on cutting-edge web, enterprise, investment, security, and healthcare applications. As senior management, Stacy led a global team of IT professionals on flagship enterprise antivirus and content management products. Her success and passion for continuous improvement and quality have fueled the creation of QualityWorks Consulting Group, LLC. As a principal consultant, Stacy mentors management and agile teams that are looking to create or improve their current processes.
