Started to work as Project Manager in 2002 working with RUP and CMMI level 5 processes.

Started looking in to agile processes from 2002. Made my first experiences with XP and later introducing Scrum in my teams in 2005.

Been working as an Agile consultant and coach since 2009 coaching and training teams and PM's and PO's in Lean and agile development processes, as well as consulting management in strategic agility and transformation.

My main focus is on helping people not only changing  their mindset but also their patterns of action and behavior.

My main focus as a change agent is on the implementation part of the change process, I I find this much more important for companies than defining the change initiatives. Enabling businesses to harvest the higest possible effect of their change initiatives is at the top of My agenda. I always try to adapt the change initiatives with the companies culture, change readiness and willingness.
