Oscar Yang is a practitioner of software engineering.

Oscar received his Bachelors of Automation Control from the Tongji University of shanghai in 2002.And received Master's degree of Software Engineering (MSE) from the Fudan University of shanghai in 2005.

Oscar is accomplished in software development management, he as a leader of software engine group use CMM or CMMI improve development process for Level 3.And he is a consultant and manamger for software quality and improve process.

In 2011, he attend the Scrum Gathering in Shanghai as a Keynote Speakers.

Oscar is Organizer of AgileTour in Xiamen and Fuzhou in 2011. He is also the lead of agile community in Xiamen.
