Srini is currently heading Quality for one of the business unit of MindTree, including driving change management initiatives in the integration.

Srini brings with him an experience of eighteen plus years in driving Organizational Process Improvement initiatives like SEI – CMMI, SEI-CMM, ISO 9001, BS7799 and Cross-Functional teams for process improvements. His expertise is in process definition, implementation and consultancy in organizations such as MindTree, Dell, Cognizant, Sallie Mae Solutions India, i2 Technologies India. He has also done extensive process consultancy and implementation for various Fortune 500 clients.

Srini is a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visweswaraiah University of Technology, Belgaum, India and holds a Diploma in Statistical Quality Control from Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore, India

He was also a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) from QAI , USA and has undergone various trainings on SEI-CMMI, SEI – CMM, Design of Experiments (DOE), Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). He is also a certified internal systems quality auditor as well as CISA certified

He is a core member of NASSCOM Quality Forum and is well known among the SPI-SIG members.

Srini has many authored papers on Risk Management and Software Metrics. His passion areas include software estimation and metrics.
