Amber Burke is a strong supporter and advocate of the Scrum Framework and agile practices to deliver high value, high quality features to meet business needs. She has brought several teams on using the Scrum framework and has worked with existing teams to improve their agile maturity. As well, she has provided technical and business stakeholders and senior management support on identifying ways to adopt Scrum or Agile practices and guidance on how to remove organizational impediments to better support Scrum. Currently, she is a ScrumMaster working with a fantastic team to adopt Scrum for ongoing support and enhancements of their enterprise CRM application. Prior to this Scrum adoption, they had a few failed attempts, but that didn't keep them down. Now in our 3rd Sprint, we not only have a cadence, but we are able to better expose all the great work we're doing for the business.
