Description:
Standalone Email for Emerging Markets is a Vodafone Product to provide customers in emerging markets such as India, South Africa, or Ghana with an email solution that works on low end devices, feature phones, and the Vodafone Webbox. The underlying platform bases on Zimbra and has been rebranded to fit into the company’s corporate identity. Also it was extended to enhance the user experience and it was optimised for access points for mobile web browsers. As an additional access point it is possible to use the email solution in mobile widgets. 
Responsibility: 
Leading and supporting the whole team as a ScrumMaster. After taking over the team I helped the development team to improve their commitment accuracy and software quality.

Description:
Vodafone Photos Backup Solution is part of the 360 portal/product. The solution helps customers to automatically backup photos from their phones. In case a customer changes or loses his phone he can easily restore the photos. Beside this it is possible to adjust or modify backed up Photos with a desktop web browser. All photos and images are processed (resized and optimised) to provide the most suitable format for every access point. 
Responsibility: 
Leading and supporting the whole team as a ScrumMaster. I also managed all deployments and going live processes. This included the communication and alignment with all involved departments and parties: Stakeholders, Product Management, Deployment & Operations, Dependant Development Teams and Projects.
