Zornitsa Nikolova has been working as a Scrum ProductOwner since 2008. The projects she has been engaged with, involved 2-3 development teams in a complex environment of a large software company. Zornitsa has been practising Scrum since 2006 when she started participating in a Scrum team as a technical writer.

Zornitsa has more than 10 years experience in software development with an expertise in different roles. During this time, she has occupied positions in information development (technical writer), product management, and development. Zornitsa has a broad overview on how development processes work, and is focused on their improvement using agile methods.
