Shane Billings

I've been in the defense industry since 1999.  I've worked for Raytheon the entire time while the majority of the time was in Tucson.  Two years were spent with Raytheon in Germany.  After 10 years at Raytheon, I was offered a management job where I was able to implement scrum with my team.

The majority of my experience is with C++ although I've used Perl and Ada as well.  

I have a bachelor's in Electronics Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University.
