At mid of 2005 after joining in hiSoft, I started to research, learn and adopt Agile Software Programming, especially eXtreme Programming (XP) in our projects from a worldwild pharmaceutical company.

As one of the successful cooperation with our client, we provide software outsourcing service to Eli Lilly, I was the Project Manager to in charge of Lilly Singapore, Lilly AO and Lilly AU from 2006 to mid of 2010, and I was the manager to manage the Lilly ODC. During these years till now, I am one of the key members to facilitate, improve our customized project methodology based on XP and Scrum in our department and our company.

My major responsibility when i was in this company was to the design and build a integrative management software system to support the entire enterprise information management which would the branches spread in Dalian, Dongguan and Malaysia. And actually I was the only IT person in the company at that time before I expanded the team, it was chanllenge for me but Fortunately, the system was build successfully, it includes purchasing, producing, selling and cost analysis and any other functions, till now, it is working fine with several times upgrading becuase of business changement. It was built based on Windows platform, designed by UML and developed in PowerBuilder, also some new technology be engaged when upgrading and scaling, including .NET technology.
