Sundara Nagarajan ("SN") is currently Technical Director in the Solutions Integration Group at NetApp, based in Bangalore, India. He is responsible for contributing to storage products, primarily network attached storage and scale-out storage solutions. Previously he was Distinguished Technologist and Director at HP ESS-STSD, responsible for R&D management of systems software components of storage, servers and systems management products.

He also serves as a Visiting Professor at International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore. He teaches a semester-long course on Advanced Operating Systems.

He has more than 29 years of experience in Computer R&D. Prior to joining HP, he held positions at IPValue, Philips, Wipro and an entrepreneurial startup. He also did technology development assignments at Intel, Tandem (now part of HP) and Xerox Corporation. SN earned a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calicut (university topper,) and M.S. (By Research) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is a Certified ScrumMaster, Senior Member of the IEEE and Member of the ACM and USENIX.
