Hello, my name is Roney Pate and I'm in Richmond, Virginia. I have been passionate about scrum since I first was exposed in late 2004. I got my CSM on early 2005 and was a coach with Capital One, here in Richmond from 2005 - 2006. I left Cap One in late 2006 and joined Apex Systems as an internal employee and am now manager of business intelligence. I have tried valiantly to to apply scrum principles here, but it's an uphill battle in an organization that is resistant.

I am currently President of Agile Richmond (www.agilerichmond.com) and participate activly in the agile community through that group.
