Denver, CO — SCRUM ALLIANCE®, the largest, most established and influential professional membership organization and certifying body in the Agile community, recently announced Howard Sublett as the newest member of its Board of Directors.

Howard’s current role is to be the champion of the culture at SolutionsIQ, an Accenture Company. As its director of Community Development, he is the front person for the company in the Agile space. He can regularly be found in field networking at industry events or interviewing subjects for the company’s Agile Amped podcasts. Internally, he is the advocate for the individual and dedicates himself to nurturing Agile communities to ensure that people are happy, fulfilled, and working together as a team. Howard is a self-described connector who has long been an integral member of the Agile space.

Scrum Alliance Interim CEO Lisa Hershman said, “We are excited to have Howard join our Board of Directors in our mission to transform the world of work. His experience and passion for Agile and Scrum will be great assets to us as we continue to expand our work to help organizations transform.”

“I look forward to working with Howard as we expand the direction of Scrum Alliance in the future as a dynamic Agile and Scrum organization globally. His input on how we can best equip our trainers and coaches to succeed as we broaden our products and services will help us make strong strategic decisions,” said Board Chair Gene Bounds.

Howard Sublett said, “I’m honored to be elected to the Scrum Alliance Board of Directors because I believe that we can really transform the world of work. Future books will write about this time in human history and the paradigm shift that is happening.
