Ever since my first introduction to scrum I have been passionate about it. Maybe it's because I actually had bad experiences on teams where there was no structure, but it's easy to see the value in the processes. I legitimized my informal training by actually getting certified as a scrum master, my team took notice at how much better we ran our sprints. Now I'm leading another team and facing new challenges of converting them to use scrum and also managing 3 timezones. This is where I need some help.
