Since 1993 I have been involved in Information Technology and in 2000 I left the family business to become an independent entrepreneur. Since then I have been dealing with everything related to the IT world, initially in the technical and development area, then in the management of teams and operational departments with Agile methodologies.

In 2008, the crisis in the IT sector puts a strain on the company which, thanks to the commitment of the partners and the solidity gained over the years and the consolidated Agile practices, manages to stay on the market. I understand that it is time to change and I remain a sole shareholder my main activity is the provision of services for companies, technical consultancy and at the same time the company area dedicated to training, facilitation and coaching.

In this period, the Agile philosophy forcefully enters my life. I understand that there is another way of working and living; a much more flexible, efficient and effective way. After having directly experienced the positive effects of this new "mindset", I become a convinced Agilist; I certify and practice different styles and agile techniques, from Kanban to Scrum, from Lean Product Development to LEGO® Serious Play® and visual facilitation.
