Angela Johnson

Angela is a Certified Scrum Trainer, and an Agile Guide with Collaborative Leadership Team. In 2010 she founded the company to provide education and consulting services to clients adopting Scrum and Agile. Angela successfully helped others implement Scrum and Agile values principles but wanted to be able to better share what Scrum Team's experience. To better teach the highs and lows any Scrum Team faces in their journey, she needed a Scrum Team of her own.

By 2014 she had renamed her company to Collaborative Leadership Team and had begun assembling the dream team. Collaborative Leadership Team uses Scrum to manage their services organization and has the privilege of serving companies in a variety of industries including: software, hardware, services, marketing and more. The breadth and depth of CoLeadTeam's experience extends beyond Scrum and includes Kanban, eXtreme Programming, Facilitation and Organizational Change for business agility.

A graduate of Hamline University (B.A.) and the University of St. Thomas (M.B.C.), Angela focuses her work on the upper Midwestern areas of the United States to best serve in her most important roles: wife and mom.
