Aaron Kopel is the founder and CEO of Project Brilliant, an Agile consulting firm focused on Business Agility. Aaron has been using Agile methods since founding two Tech Startups in the early 2000's. He now uses his startup mindset of customer focus and value delivery to help individuals and organizations on their path toward Agility. He finds his greatest impact is in working with Executive leaders and organizational change agents to help them catalyze their organizations toward long term and sustainable Agility.

Aaron is a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®) and Certified Enterprise Coach® (CEC®) and holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He lives in Carmel, IN with his wife and their two children.
