Alexander Menzinsky Vollmuht

Alexander Menzinsky is a Scrum Pracitioneer since 2008. He had his first Agile experiences including Scrum practices in project management. 2014 was a great year in which he leveraged his experience as a trainer and expert in both Scrum and Kanban.

As a trainer, he organizes and teach about twenty courses per year with both in-classroom and on-line formats for Estratecno. He is also a volunteer on-line tutor of basic and advanced training for Scrum Manager (free training for the largest Spanish-speaking community in for ex.: Spain, Mexico, Chile, Argentina... with more than 400 tutored professionals each year).

As an Agile Coach, he has carried out cross-company transformation activities and as a Scrum Master and RTE he has accompanied IT/Development teams in several companies. He is currently further developing his expertise as an Agile- and Systems Coach, expert in scaled Agile frameworks, including SAFe, LeSS and also the Spotify Tribe/Squad model.

Since 2017 besides teaching, he had an increased focus on accompanying tribes of 8 to 10 teams, including IT tribes and ARTs, like Big Data, and business tribes, like Customer Service, in the telecommunications sector, especially for Orange Telecom. 2019 is the year when he definitively positioned an expert SPC, as a trainer, and leading/coaching authentic successful SAFe implementations, he especially enjoyed the launch of the first ART from Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.

He is passionate about discovering and facilitating Lean/Agile possibilities in large environments, defining and implementing transformation strategies based on the SAFe Implementation Roadmap, both in the cultural- and the operational dimension.

He do not simply work, he enjoys!, his DNA is Agile.
