I have over 13 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies. I have worked on both the business and IT/IS sides of project management, which has given me a deep understanding of driving business priorities and objectives from ideation to production, as well as the nuances of software development and team cadence. I have worked in various industries from Supply Chain to Banking to Agriculture. 

At a previous client, I worked as a Scrum Master on cloud-native app development projects built on the AWS platform. The projects were in the range of $900,000 to $3,200,000, and they involved replacing outdated legacy systems with apps that provided significantly more functionality.

At a current client, I work as a Program Manager in the Finance Transformation Office. My team is responsible for transforming the organization from waterfall to agile using Scrum and Kanban. I work with Product Owners on business prioritization of efforts and I work with development teams on delivering business value.

As a Scrum Master and a Product Owner, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my clients. I am passionate about helping organizations implement Agile methodologies, and I have a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
