Al is a Development Director with a specialty in agile coaching, scrum mastery, workshops and facilitation. His core objective is to shape high-performing agile teams by coaching and guiding them through best agile practices.
He is driven by the agile methods of project management where rapid iteration and team collaboration are embraced. As a multi-faceted designer with a strong technical background - he can relate with multi-disciplinary teams, guide their projects to success and use a wide range of tools to keep the work engaging.
He has worked in various digital media jobs and practised agile across the world from Canada, Germany, Austria and the Philippines.
