Anton Skornyakov

Anton Skornyakov unterrichtet und unterstützt Organisationen dabei, bei unvorhersehbaren Projekten zuverlässig Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Sie erreichen es durch mehr gemeinsames Verständnis, verbesserte Organisationsstruktur für Zusammenarbeit, die verantwortungsvolles Verhalten fördert und eine flexible gemeinsame Ausrichtung erlaubt.

Nach seiner Ausbildung als Mathematiker und Physiker hat Anton zunächst zu Entrepreneurship und schließlich zu Business Coaching gelenkt. Der Auslöser für diesen Wechsel war die Erkenntnis, was heute wirklich wichtig ist: die menschliche Zusammenarbeit. Er glaubt, dass eine Welt, in der Menschen mit ihren Unterschieden effektiv zusammenarbeiten, die ultimative Herausforderung des 21. Jahrhunderts ist.

Dieser Antrieb ist das Herzstück seiner Arbeit bei Agile.Coach, einem Unternehmen, das er mitbegründet hat und leitet. Hier hatte er das Privileg, eine Vielzahl von Organisationen und Tausende von Menschen trainieren und coachen zu dürfen. Er ist begeistert davon, die Praktiken aus der Welt der Produktentwicklung auf andere Anwendungsbereiche zu übertragen. Die Essenz dieser Erfahrungen, Geschichten und Prinzipien ist die Grundlage seines Buches „The Art of Slicing Work“, das im März 2024 erschienen ist.

Anton unterrichtet in deutscher und englischer Sprache, z.B. Scrum Master Zertifizierung, Product Owner Zertifizierung und bietet Mentoring und Coaching an.

Anton ist Mitbegründer und Leiter vieler Communities u.a. Large Scale Scrum Meetup Berlin (2000+ Mitglieder) und Scrum Meetup Berlin, Liberating Structures Lab Berlin. Er engagiert sich auch ehrenamtlich für eine wirkungsvolle öffentliche Verwaltung und gemeinnützige Organisationen.

English Version:

Anton Skornyakov educates and supports organizations in reliably delivering results on unpredictable projects. They achieve it through enhancing the shared understanding, and improving organizational structure for collaboration that promotes responsible behavior and allows for flexible shared alignment.

Trained as a mathematician and physicist, Anton pivoted his career towards entrepreneurship and business coaching. This transition was sparked by realizing what truly matters now: human collaboration. He believes that creating a world where humans can collaborate effectively, despite all our differences, is the ultimate challenge of the 21st century.

This drive is at the heart of his work at Agile.Coach, a company he co-founded and is leading. Here, he has had the privilege of coaching a wide range of organizations and thousands of people, teaching them how to work more efficiently and effectively. He is inspired by bringing the practices from the world of product development to other areas of application. The essence of these experiences, stories, and principles is the basis of his book, „The Art of Slicing Work“, published in March 2024.

Anton teaches in German and English, e.g. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner courses and offers mentoring and coaching.

Anton is co-founder and leader of many communities including Large Scale Scrum Meetup Berlin (2000+ members) and Scrum Meetup Berlin, Liberating Structures Lab Berlin. He is also a volunteer for effective public administration and non-profit organizations.
