I’m a problem solver at heart, a software development enthusiast with over three decades under my belt, and a believer in the transformative power of Agile. My journey isn’t just about the milestones I’ve achieved but the lives I’ve touched and the innovations I’ve helped foster along the way.
My Agile Adventure: It all began with a curiosity for better, more efficient ways to create software. This quest turned into a passion, leading me to gather a treasure trove of credentials (10 from the Scrum Alliance and 13 from ICAgile) not as trophies, but as tools to help teams soar. Agile for me is more than frameworks; it’s about creating spaces where ideas flourish and projects move smoothly.
Crafting Software, Crafting Futures: From the drawing boards of engineering to the strategic discussions in project management, my first 18 years in the corporate world were about climbing, learning, and leading. However, my true joy came from crafting software solutions across an exciting spectrum: from finance to space exploration. Each project was a new story, a new challenge.
