I am an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in working with Engineering and IT teams. I am skilled in program and project delivery, business and system migration, and cross-functional team management. With expertise in software as a service (SAAS) environments and agile software development, I have successfully delivered consumer and enterprise software as well as supply chain systems for clients across multiple industries.

I am a certified ScrumMaster; with experience using Atlassian products (Atlassian Certified!), MS Project, and a multitude of business/project management systems. As a Senior Division Program Manager at ZenBusiness, I lead major programs and projects, work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders, and utilize technical fluency to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and effective risk management. Additionally, I co-own and operate Cycle Guide Consulting, where I provide consulting services to individuals, small businesses, and enterprise customers, guiding clients on Agile best practices, system administration, and migrations of Program/Project/Business Management products. I am passionate about evangelizing Agile values and principles, and coaching teams on Agile culture and techniques to achieve high-level goals.
