Devesh Chanchlani is a passionate programmer and technology enthusiast, having about a decade of Agile experience working with web, mobile and cloud application teams. Devesh has coached and trained multiple enterprise teams, and even lead Agile, DevOps & Digital transformation initiatives. He relishes coaching teams to embrace, scale and sustain eXtreme Programming (XP) and DevOps practices at enterprise scale.
Devesh is an active speaker at various Agile forums and conferences, having spoken at over 15 events. He has worked with a number of clients being leaders in domains like finance, e-commerce, management consulting, payments, etc. Devesh is also an accredited CSD (Certified Scrum Developer) trainer for Scrum Alliance.
Devesh has also founded "SteerLean Consulting" with the vision of helping organizations to build Tech Entrepreneurial culture within, grooming and supporting internal folks to shape key initiatives.
