David Hawks founded Agile Velocity when he noticed companies ineffectively building innovative software products with a lot of waste.  David has a background of building highly productive teams and a passion for helping others achieve similar success. His strengths lie in his ability to analyze systems and kill inefficiencies. Some call his knack for spotting inefficiencies uncanny as he is always noticing opportunities to optimize a system or process. His facilitation skills are what allow him to be a strong organizational coach as well as create a great learning experience. 

As CEO of Agile Velocity, David Hawks guides leaders through their Agile transformation with a focus on achieving business results and managing organizational change. David is passionate about helping organizations achieve true agility, not just implementing Agile practices. His experience allowed him to work with others to create the Path to Agility, a proven transformation framework.
