I have passionately spent my career moving up the ranks in the IT industry from Software Engineer to Product Manager and to Enterprise Transformation Agile Coach. Currently, I spent most of my time coaching companies interested in transforming their culture, advancing their development practices, and applying agile values and principles.

In the past, I was good at product management. I gained experience working on both the client-side and agency side for national and international clients that operate in insurances, traveling, Forex trading, banking, etc. I was clear in my communication and very accurate when it comes to estimations, predictability and timings, and product and team administration. With a rock-solid production knowledge driving into techniques which helps to easily bridge the gaps between technology and customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Define, develop and lead product vision and strategy
- Manage and develop managers and dev teams with cross dependencies
- Define together with Product and Tech team business requirements and tech prioritization
- Promote collaborative team culture, guide the team, and encourage a culture of growth mindset and accountability
- Supervision of analytics and the UX/UI team to ensure the best user experience
- Implement a lean & agile approach to testing hypotheses and features
- Enter acquisitions and onboarding with stakeholders
- Working with Marketing, Sales Teams, and Support
- Establish and monitor KPIs
- Partner with product teams to drive the digital transformation and business agility
- Act as a servant leader to enable and support complex digital projects under a significant level of uncertainty and novelty
