About
Having helped a variety of companies (from start-ups to traditional organisations) over a range of industries (including finance, fashion, hotels, communities, recruitment, fine art, travel), I have learned that there is not one solution to suit all; you have to have a tailored approach.
My role as an agile and lean consultant - others may use titles such as 'change agent' and 'coach' - focuses on helping individuals, teams and organisations work effectively using Scrum or Kanban. But this is not about aggressive change management; it is evolution rather than revolution. As a Scrum and Kanban specialist, I use an organic approach, leading change from within the organisation, so as to cause as little disruption as possible. Using over 10 years' experience, I am able to explain the pros and cons of various approaches, and provide support to teams in their evolution.
I'm heavily involved in the Agile and Lean communities (I co-founded London Agile Discussion Group, Agile on the Bench and London Lean Coffee, speak at conferences, and have a leading blog).
