Been in software development from the time I wrote my first line of code which was in year 2004. It all happened with a snap of a finger during my first year in high school when I saw a senior guy in dormitory writing his own software. I was amazed what is possible to do and of course I had to try it out myself.

Discovery trail took me from experimenting with IoT technologies of a month up until till I got my first real job at Pessl Instruments GmbH where I was planning, designing and developing the systems and its components with help of great people I worked with. We accomplished a lot.

In my final year at Pessl, I felt to much in my comfort zone and a new passion for agile development grew in me. The deeper I dug into it, the stronger the passion became. Discovery took me to self certification as Scrum Master and from then on everything I certified for or read about lead me to the company Wirecard CEE where I got my first opportunity as Scrum Master to guide teams and the organization in agile.
