I am an IT professional, Agile engineering practices admirer and aspirant to be an Agile coach, having 13+ years of experience in Software Application Development and accompanying clients in their journey to adapt Agile (Scrum) methodologies as their new way of working, played different roles along the way such as Programmer, Business Analyst, Project Lead, Scrum Master and Product Owner.

I believe in simplicity - the art of maximizing the amount of work not done, delivering only the needed product features. I strongly believe in implementing the Agile engineering practices (like Pair programming, Test Driven Design (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Delivery (CD), Test Automation, Refactoring) in the Agile Software Development journey, which truly helps in delivering Valuable Working Software early and continuously. I prefer and encourage building simple valuable products by collaborating with customers directly and self-organizing within team, which result in emerging of best software solutions.
