In 2000, I encountered the Agile Manifesto, which changed my approach to development. Soon after, I was drawn to Scrum and became an active member of the Scrum community. Since then, I have dedicated myself to supporting developers as a Scrum coach.
I believe that meeting and empathizing with others, working together, and growing as a team brings lasting value not only to organizations but also to society.
I champion the use of methodologies like Scrum, XP, Lean, and DevOps, fostering processes that empower teams for sustainable growth and continuous improvement. In doing so, I have supported large-scale organizational changes and technology strategies to foster continuous growth in teams.
Additionally, I am passionate about nurturing the next generation of engineers and promoting digital transformation (DX) to contribute to society through technology.
