Elias Nogueira, Agile Coach and Trainer and also a Sênior QA Engineer. I help people to deliver software with high quality teaching how they can apply tools and methodology to achieve it. Currently working at Adaptworks giving training in Agile Methodologies in general with a strong focus on quality and testing areas. I'm a former ALM consultant on HP attending the biggest players in Brazil (telecoms and banks) and former QA Engineer in other consultancies. I do volunteer activities since I start the collage in Sun Microsystems in Java Community and know in a local mobile group in Brazil.
