Title: Agile/Scrum Coach

Erin Perry has been producing software since she was in middle school, professionally for almost 20 years. The first ten years of her career were spent as a Team Member, where she learned the value of cross functional teams and T-shaped developers.  She broadened her primary skills as a developer, as well as expanded her breadth of experience in analysis, design, and data modeling.  She spent a year in an Information Architecture role, where she applied her coaching and teaching skills to quickly empowering the Scrum teams to bring the responsibilities of the IA role into the teams.  While serving as IA, she was instrumental in the training and forming of 8 feature teams, serving as coach and scrum master before transitioning into a full time Scrum Master and Coach in 2014.  Currently, Erin is leading a large scale organizational Agile transformation.  Specializing in boundless enthusiasm and an eye for waste, Erin is thrilled to be a part of the Scrum community.
