E Paul Salcedo

Hi I'm Paul Salcedo and I have a passion for learning many types of methodologies, my most recent venture (in the last 7 years) is my exposure to Scrum/Agile which I'm a big time supporter of and earned my CSM in 2015. 

I've been in the Silicon Valley since 1997 and have gone through Waterfall, Train, and Scrum methodologies and I always happen to be the lead for managing process or setting it up.  I've spent the past 2.5 years as entrepreneur and raise investment for my early stage start-up and have been managing the software development and projects full time.

I've been the Scrum Master for mobile and web app development for my last 3 companies.  I love being in tech and also make sure I have a great work/life balance, since I have wonderful 10 year old son that I truly enjoy spending time with.
