Eric brings a wealth of experience to his training. He started his career as a coder—though he humbly admits he "wasn't a very good one." This led him to transition into a role as a waterfall project manager, a position he held for years across various organizations. In 2004, Eric discovered Scrum, and it transformed his career. Over the years, he served as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coach at multiple levels, but his true passion emerged when he started training others.
