Long time ago I started as a project manager, doing things the traditional way. Then, one day, I figured out that there are methods which not only boost the speed and quality of the product development but also transform work into something that one really can enjoy.

Now I'm spreading the word to others. I am helping companies through the challenges of the agile transition and I am coaching teams, Product Owners and even Managers.
