Since my early studies in psychology and philosophy I have been training my self to become an expert in accompanying others to transform and unlock its potential (individual & systemic) achieving exceptional results.

My several years journey in the corporate world as an HR expert (retail, financial, mass consumption, among others), linked to functions of talent scouting and development, allowed me to deeply dive into the organizational multilayer and complex systems. Also, helped me to understand and develop a careful approach to intervene in an appropriate manner in different organizational dynamics.

Today, after many years of working as a consultant and coach with CEO´s and high performance teams, I do accompany leaders who care about their talents to unleash out all their teams hidden potential and rightly position systemic elements of their organizations to generate extraordinary results.
