Geoff Watts

Geoff Watts was one of the first Certified Scrum Trainers in the world (2005) and was one of the first people to hold both CST and Certified Agile Coach designations.  In 2022, he founded the Agile Mastery Institute.

Geoff is one of the most experienced Scrum coaches in the UK, a TEDx and Keynote Speaker and the author of the seminal best-sellers Scrum Mastery: From Good to Great Servant-Leadership available on Amazon in the USA and Europe, Product Mastery: From Good to Great Product Ownership available on Amazon in the USA and Europe and the award-winning coaching book The Coach's Casebook: Mastering The Twelve Traits That Trap Us available on Amazon in the USA and Europe. Geoff has also written the ground-breaking book Team Mastery: From Good to Great Agile Teamwork.

Geoff's agile books have been translated into German, Spanish, Chinese and French and all of Geoff's books are available as eBooks and Audiobooks. He has also created a number of online video courses and a unique Agile Coaching Cards smartphone app.
